Week 37: 361-370:

361: What is your favorite thing to celebrate?

Used to be Christmas.  Now it's my birthday, release days, and 4th of July.


362:  What lies do you often tell yourself?

"I'll remember that; no need to write it down."  WRONG!


363:  Have you ever snuck in somewhere you shouldn't have been?

Twice:  1980, I cut across the factory floor at the opening of Frito Lay, just b/c I was in a hurry and didn't want to 'push upstream' through the line, as I was heading to the front office to deliver a message.

Then again in 1988 or 89, I was late getting to a show, and since I was supposed to meet my BFF, whom I later found out HADN'T BEEN ABLE to get inside, joined a group of others at the stage door. We said we were with the Sig Eps; they let us all in; we turned right instead of left and went into the audience!



364:  What dish, served hot, do you think is better cold?

?????  Hubby would say my parm-garlic wings from BW3.



365:  What's the worst thing your parents ever said to you?

Mom was never impressed with my HS boyfriend, and never wanted to talk about it.


366: What was your worst nightmare?

Being caught in a web of lies.



367:  Do you hold a grudge?

Not normally; but I have a tendancy to never forget.



368: Have you ever crashed a wedding?

No, but I have crashed a bridal shower!



369:  In your opinion, what is the most toxic personality trait?

Entitlement

I'm a writer with a sense of humor.  It can be twisted at times.....I also learned to stop trying to pleasing everyone and just be myself.

Week 36: 351-360

351:  Have you ever seen a tornado up close?

Sort of....was maybe 2 miles away?  Otherwise, only on TV


352:  Do you have a scar and if so, how did you get it?

Chin:  Age 9 or 10. Fell on the ice, then fell out of bed six months later.  6 stitches

Forehead:  2000; bee got in van and I went off the road and into a tree.  Split my forehead open when airbag didn't deploy, and hit the steering wheel.

Left arm:  2021:  Fell in room at Hampton Inn, Lafayette.



353:  Has anyone ever mistaken you for someone else?

Christmas, after 1st semester of college....


354: How tech savvy are you?

Not very.



355:  Have you ever dated two people at the same time?

Yes....1985-1990.  Steve, my AF pilot, was always #2.



356:  3 things about where you live you find beautiful:

Leaves, the Memorial, our downtown.




357:  If you were to remain single the rest of your life, do you think you'd be happy?

YES!



358: What's the worst thing that could happen on a date?

Kidnapped, raped.....or just ZERO chemistry!

I used to....

No, but have witnessed it.

Moving to current town.

Not on my phone, but play Solitaire on my Kindle:)

My Hummels, furniture, books.

Maybe smell???  I've already given up a lot of my hearing.

Becoming a believer in Christ

My promotional trips or going to karaoke

Depends on my mood.  If I'm singing, then loud. If it's background noise, then quiet.


313:  Has anything ever come to you in a vision or a dream?
May 1981....canoe trip with youth group! Unfortunately, it didn't come true.


314:  If you were going to write a poem for the world, what would the title and topic be?
I wrote one about the sounds of Indiana....does that count?

Stood in front of my child, who was holding an ancient handgun, to take it away from him.

Yes.....food, inventory, Christmas gifts.

Kim K's wedding. The marriage lasted less than a month, I think???

Three

Unfortunately, yes.  A dick pick.  Ugh.

Don't think so.....knocked down an emotional wall in the 9th grade....

One from the 5th grade that I'm not going to repeat.

Titanic??  Or Forrest Gump

Multiple times....Jr high, a couple of short-term jobs.  Just felt something was 'off'.

I did when Grandma took me.

Watching my kids and grandkids succeed

Cell phone, ID, money, self-respect....
