Other than the mortgage ($20K) and my consolidated bill pay ($15K paid off by Jan 2028), hands down it's medical bills.

Not very blunt; I try to be tactful. Although, push me too far when I've been drinking or had major surgery and I'll tell you EXACTLY how I feel! Did this with a coworker after my gall bladder was evicted; I told her in no uncertain terms what to do with her situation and she quit whining to me every day, ha ha!
